Weight: 153

Breakfast: Weight control oatmeal with 2 teaspoons of brown sugar

At work: Box of raisins, 8 oz. of pineapple orange banana juice, Curves chocolate and peanut bar, handful of shredded wheat

At home: Pork sirloin and a LOT of stove top stuffing....3 servings at least. No regrets.

Exercise: Two mile walk during lunch
