Breakfast: Wheaties with 2 tsp. of brown sugar

At work: Box of raisins, 2 handfuls of shredded wheat, handful of almonds, Curves peanut and chocolate bar

Dinner: serving of brown rice and leftover ground turkey

Evening: Few handfuls of raisins and a handful of pretzels

Exercise: 1 mile walk at lunch
