At work: Box of raisins, Curves bar, handful of almonds, can of pineapple/orange/banana juice, another Alberton's roast beef wrap

Dinner: can of Spicy V8 juice; 4 frozen waffles

Exercise: about 25 minutes on the elliptical trainer
