Breakfast: Weight control oatmeal with two teaspoons of brown sugar, coffee with skim milk

Lunch: Spinach, mushrooms, and fat free ranch dressing

Afternoon: Four Grands buttermilk biscuits with buttery spread and low sugar jam

Dinner: Handful of sauteed mushrooms, handful of pretzel twists
