Breakfast: Light bologna sandwich, handful of pretzel twists

At work: Banana, 2 handfuls of shredded wheat, 1.5 oz. box of raisins

After work: 1/4 lb. (precooked) of ground turkey, sauteed mushrooms, spinach salad with fat free ranch dressing; two bowls of baked Cheetos

I took a long walk during lunch.
