Breakfast: 2 frozen waffles and some OJ

Lunch: Can of chicken noodle soup

Afternoon: 6 M&M cookies and a snickerdoodle

Dinner: spinach salad with fat free ranch dressing and a few soda crackers

Evening: snack size thing of pudding
