At work: small bottle of apple juice, half a sleeve of graham crackers, Zone Perfect Bar, Special K Protein Bar, a packet of Doritos Jalapeno Cheese Crackers

After work: 2 Frozen burritos, handful of baked Cheetos

Exercise: one mile walk at lunch
