Breakfast: small glass of ginger ale and a small bowl of raisin bran

At work: 16 oz. of OJ, about 3/4 of a sleeve of graham crackers. 2 Zone Perfect bars.

After work: Frozen burrito, a few wheat thins and a few slices of swiss cheese
