Breakfast: small cup of sprite - 2 frozen waffles

At work: bottle of apple juice, Zone Perfect bar, about half a sleeve of graham crackers, a small package of Gardettos

Dinner: frozen burrito - 2 handfuls of wheat thins and a few slices of swiss cheese

Exercise: 1 mile walk at lunch
