Lunch: McDonald's Grilled Chicken Ranch Snack Wrap -- only 270 calories. Much better for me than the corn dog I was eyeing at the Diversity Festival (and cheaper too).
Afternoon: Leftover Stove Top from yesterday
Dinner: Small bowl of generic hamburger helper; small bowl of generic tuna helper
Exercise: About a two mile walk during the Pride Parade! Happy Gay Day everybody!
