Weight: 154 (mostly muscle, I'm sure)
Breakfast: Two of the Pillsbury Splenda sweetened cinnamon rolls - left over from yesterday
Lunch: Two scrambled eggs with a few ounces of cheddar cheese melted on it - Protein!
Snack: 1.5 oz. box of raisins - handful of Baked Cheddar Ruffles
Dinner: handful of spinach, handful of raw mushrooms, fat free ranch dressing
Evening: two handfuls of pretzel twists
I worked out on the Bowflex this morning and also burned some calories looking for my dog -- We found her (and further secured the back yard, which was another workout)!
