Not hungry for breakfast....
At work: Handful of dates, handful of almonds, handful of shredded wheat, Curves bar
At Borders: cream in coffee - note to self -- Borders coffee is nasty -- just buy a magazine next time in order to avoid the guilt of reading in the store for an hour
Evening: small bowl of Baked Doritos and pretzel mixture, chicken tenders (8 of them - technically 3 in a serving), spinach with fat free ranch dressing, and some strawberries with light sugar
