Breakfast: Light bologna sandwich and Baked Cheetos
At work: Usual Thursday morning Quik Trip Decaf and French Vanilla Creamer, 1.5 oz. box of raisins, about a serving and a half of the All Bran crackers - just to finish off the box, 10 oz. of Orange Juice
At home: Patio frozen burrito, spinach with fat free ranch dressing; bowl of Baked Cheetos -- the Cheetos are in the house...I have to eat them, right?
Exercise: Two mile walk during lunch.
