After work: 2 light hot dogs, 2 pieces of bread, 2 handfuls of pretzels -- gotta eat hot dogs if there's an open package of them. Spinach with fat free ranch dressing. Strawberries with light sugar.
Exercise: Two mile walk at lunch.
