Weight: 158.3

Busy summer but ready to get back on track. I exercised when I felt like it and ate what and when I felt like it. But little "rules" enforced here and there when convenient make a big difference, especially since my set point weight hovers so closely between one and two chins.

Milk in coffee at home, French vanilla creamer in coffee at work
Three little plates of cheddar cheese popcorn (purchased as fundraiser)
Leftover BBQ chicken on a couple of handfuls of rice
PBNutella 1/2 sandwich and a little box of raisins
