At work: 2 cans of ginger ale, let's say about 15 whole wheat soda crackers, box of raisins, handful of dates, bottle of OJ (maybe around 15 oz?)
After work: I drowned the sorrows of a pretty bad day at work with a big bowl of chicken noodle soup (prepared by Rod).
