Goodbye for now
Weight loss is no longer a goal. It will be again soon, I am sure, but I have too much going on right now to think about every morsel that I eat. I'm pretty much eating nothing but graham crackers anyway :-)

I went to work again. I'm taking tomorrow off though. While there, I ate a small container of pringles and a handful of ginger snaps.
After work: 2.5 servings of Totino's pizza rolls and a bowl of popcorn with melted butter and parmesan cheese

At work: bottle of apple juice (why is orange juice abbreviated OJ, but there is no such thing as AJ?), 1/2 a sleeve of graham crackers, Zone Perfect Bar, small bag of Gardettos, can of Ginger Ale
After work: frozen burrito

I went to work for a few hours again today. Keeping up appearances. I had a small bag of Chili Cheese Fritos and a 20 oz of Sierra Mist.
Later today.....2 frozen waffles....handful of pretzels....several trips to the leftover birthday cake for little slivers to snack on.....most of a can of chicken noodle soup.....bowl of popcorn with melted buttery spread and Parmesan cheese....piece of cake and a bit of ice cream

I went to work for a little while -- I'm worried about getting a project done on time so it's actually less stressful to work than to worry about it not getting done....I left at noon. While there, I drank some Ginger Ale and ate a small bag of Chili Cheese Fritos from the vending machine.
After work: Several small cups of ginger ale throughout the day. 2 handfuls of pretzels. 1 medium and 1 small piece of Thomas's birthday cake with Cookies & Cream ice cream. Leftover lasagna from yesterday. Cup of chocolate milk. Very small bowl of raisin bran. Another very small piece of birthday cake with ice cream.

At work: 10-15 crackers, small bag of Sun Chips, 2 cans of ginger ale, 16 oz. of OJ
After work: Thomas's Birthday Eve dinner at Spaghetti Warehouse. 2 small pieces of bread - one with butter. The darker pieces of lettuce (there were very few) in the garden salad with croutons and ranch dressing. About 1/4 of a 15 layer lasanga. The meat was just spicy enough to be fabulous.
Evening: cup of pudding

After work: I drowned the sorrows of a pretty bad day at work with a big bowl of chicken noodle soup (prepared by Rod).
